TROY Groups New M610/611/612 MICR Printers feature advanced functionality and security features to serve enterprise-level organizations printing a high volume of checks and other high value documents.

Wheeling, WV – November 17, 2020: TROY Group, Inc., a worldwide leader in check and document printing solutions, is pleased to announce the release of its latest lineup of Enterprise-level MICR and Locking Printers, the TROY M610/611/612 series.

M610/M611/M612 MICR Printers for Secure Check Printing

Organizational check printing is still alive, with many businesses preferring to accept and receive payments by check. TROY’s new M610/611/612 MICR Printers offer a secure solution for Enterprise-level businesses. Ideal for larger offices, fast printing and duplexing, along with 16+ security and check printing-specific functionality, help organizations save money and time, and offer peace of mind.

With three levels to choose from – a basic MICR printer, MICR Secure, and MICR Secure Ex – organizations can choose the level of security that is right for their process. Features include:

  • ExPT™ Exact Positioning Technology enables users to precisely adjust the MICR line without affecting the data file
  • Built-In Secure Encryption and Decryption, which “unlocks” and prints data only when it is received at the TROY printer
  • TROYMark™ Intelligent Anti-Tampering Technology allows for the printing of user-defined variable data diagonally across each check as a watermark.

Each M610/611/612 comes with a TROY MICR Toner Secure™ cartridge – The World’s Most Fraud Resistant MICR Toner. Featuring patented red dye technology and high adhesion, this anti-tamper toner meets ABA and ANSI standards and prevents check washing and scraping.

M610/M611/M612 Locking Printers to Secure Valuable Paper Stock

Preventing the theft of high-value paper stock with the TROY M610/M611/M612 Locking Printers is easy and seamlessly fits into any organizational workflow.

  • Built-in locking paper trays prevent unauthorized access to valuable stock
  • Steel tray shielding stops paper removal from the back of the printer.

Add security to any printed document that is at risk for fraud with TROY Security Toner, which prints as black text and bleeds red if alteration is attempted.

“With the release of the M610/611/612 printers, we continue to refine and offer the most secure printers to our customers,” mentioned Erik Harris, Manager of Inside Sales and Support. “We know that our customers want options that will make their check and document printing easier. And in the times we live in, fraud continues to rise. That’s why we are proud to offer new products that streamline processes and secure workflows; from the printer to the printed document.”
